        Our belief is that the success of WMS implementation primarily depends on high level of logistics business knowledge combined with superior project management skills and the perseverance to implement best practice solutions. 

       We have been implementing warehouse management systems for the past six years in retail, FMCG,3PL, spare parts and freight forwarding industry and so we know from our experiences how best to configure a solution that works well with less errors at high volumes with high system performance.

       Our solution implementation process adapts to each project's uniqueness and we go through the steps such as business process design after extensive interaction with customer business and it personnel, business process review with customer , identify gaps and address them optimally with workarounds or customization, set up test environments, configure processes and modify based on team input that would improve efficiency in the long term, test thoroughly multiple scenarios of varying loads and finally prepare extensive clear documentation that assists customers when needed so we remain dispensable.

Development

        SAP WM offers wide range of functionality but due to the business requirement often needs to be customized or necessary for a plug in solution. In most cases we avoid customizing by finding a solution within the base solution framework. In some cases where we need to customize we ensure that we do not orphan the base functionality and the performance is not affected while costs associated to upgrade, software and hardware when necessary are kept to the minimum.
