Boomi Integration Platform Services
Our approach to integrating legacy and non-legacy systems is to develop fail safe interfaces that are within the best practice solutions, simple, flexible to change later based on the customer requirements, scalable (performs well with high data volume) with all necessary validations and alerts and make it easy for the clients to maintain by themselves. This enables our customers to focus on their business instead of spending time troubleshooting failed interfaces or missing documents sent by vendors and vice versa.
Our services include installing Boomi IP software, developing EDI, XML, Flat File interfaces to customer requirements, hosting clients interfaces, training and technical support.
We have extensive experience developing interfaces to integrate EXceed WMS 4000 with SAP, Baan and other legacy systems.

Novel Consulting Group offers 24/7 technical support in resolving production issues by either advising clients on methods to fix or fix issues on behalf of the client. Clients can either email issues and requests and one of our team members will be working on it immediately. We strongly suggest that you register with us by email, so that we can provide our services as best and as fast as we can. We currently support Exceed WMS 4000 versions 2.x, 3.x and Infor WM 9.0 on Oracle/SQL Server and DB2 databases on Windows/Solaris/HP-UX platform.

Customization / Development
In situations where configuration and training do not offer the required solutions, we provide a solution that involves customizing Exceed WMS 4000 software. We have performed several thousand hours of customization to Exceed WMS 4000 3.3 to 3.10 versions extensively in functionalities such as Single Scan Receiving, custom packing, Allocation, Cross Docking, Returns Processing, Serial Number Capture, development of efficient allocation/putaway strategies, Load Management, automatic emailing and printing of reports and custom label development and printing.
Plug-in Development
Existing software applications offer impressive solutions to specific clients business needs, but in some cases they do not support for example reporting requirements, interface requirements, label data parsing and validation requirements and messaging requirements. In these situations we offer our services to develop custom applications that could be plugged into your existing solution easily without buying new hardware or software, thereby adding tremendous value to your overall business solutions.

Solution Implementation
Our belief is that the success of Logistics Execution Systems implementation primarily depends on high level of logistics business knowledge combined with superior project management skills and the perseverance to implement best practice solutions.
We have been implementing warehouse management systems for the past seven years in retail, FMCG,3PL, spare parts and freight forwarding industry and so we know from our experiences how best to configure a solution that works well with less errors at high volumes with high system performance.
Our solution implementation process adapts to each project's uniqueness and we go through the steps such as business process design after extensive interaction with customer business and it personnel, business process review with customer , identify gaps and address them optimally with workarounds or customization, set up test environments, configure processes and modify based on team input that would improve efficiency in the long term, test thoroughly multiple scenarios of varying loads and finally prepare extensive clear documentation that assists customers when needed so we remain dispensable.
We assist customers with data migration using LSMW, BDC, BAPI and custom solutions.
Development
SAP WM / MM/ EWM offers wide range of functionality but due to the business requirement often needs to be customized or necessary for a plug in solution. In most cases we avoid customizing by finding a solution within the base solution framework. In some cases where we need to customize we ensure that we do not orphan the base functionality and the performance is not affected while costs associated to upgrade, software and hardware when necessary are kept to the minimum.
Integration
We have the expertise and the experience to develop interfaces using IDOCs, RFC and BAPI.
